Pricing for standard engagements is discussed on the call and confirmed in writing via email, not hidden behind a proposal that arrives a week later.

You Receive a Formal Proposal and Statement of Work
After the call, a written proposal covering everything discussed is sent to you — scope of work, coverage window, and pricing confirmed from the call. This is not a generic quote. Once you approve, a Statement of Work (SOW) is prepared documenting scope, coverage hours, pricing, payment terms, team communication practices, and escalation process. Everything is in writing before anything starts.
The SOW is the only document you sign. There is no long-term contract attached to it.

Once the SOW is signed, VA matching begins immediately. If a VA with the right industry experience is available on the bench, the transition starts the same week. If we need to hire specifically for your project, that process takes 12 to 14 business days. Either way, you know the timeline before you commit.

Week One Is Full Handover. Week Two Is Independent Operation.
The first week is dedicated to transition — your VA learns your business, your tools, your standards, and your clients. The shared supervisor monitors from day one. Our target is that by week two, your VA is handling tasks independently, without you needing to be involved in every step.
If any issues arise in the first four weeks, the shared supervisor steps in for retraining or adjustment. You do not manage this process alone.

From Week Four, a Backup VA Is Added at No Extra Cost
Once your engagement is settled — typically around week four — a shared backup VA is assigned to your project. If your primary VA is ever unavailable due to illness, leave, or any reason, the backup steps in with the full context of your operations.
