We are hiring for our 24/7 Business Support Operations – This Job requires You to deliver Support over the phone, emails and chats to our Customers in the USA.

  • We prefer to have someone from the US, UK, Australian Customer Support Background.
  • If candidates don’t have any experience, they should have excellent communication skills that our Customers based out of the US, UK & Australia wouldn’t have any issues with.
  • You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to coordinate with the Customers and Vendors. Sometimes, if required, you will make Non-Pushy Telemarketing Calls as well.
  • And while you await the Customer or Vendor Calls, you will utilize the Search Engines and Social Media platforms to do some online promotion activities. (We will train you on this).
  • Being creative & participate in the creative initiatives for the partner will be an added advantage. 
  • You should be always ready to learn new Businesses, as each one of us in the Company is trained in at least 4 to 5 Businesses and handles one or two of them at one shift.  It is easy!
  • Maintains excellent relations with all internal and external customers.
  • Utilize the Search Engines and Social Media Platform to grow business.
  • Knowledge of using Google Search Engine, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest (If not, at least you should be techie enough to learn about them quickly, from the videos available on Youtube).
  • The ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
  • You need to have a decent Laptop – At least – i5 or i7 with a RAM capacity of 4 GB or above.
  • Broadband Internet has to be at least 50MBPS upload and download speeds and 4G backups for emergencies.
  • Though this is primarily a Work from Home Position, you will be required to report to our Dahisar West Office or any other office in Mumbai, when needed for meetings.
  • Mumbai-based Candidates, If you have technical breakdowns at home we prefer you come to our Office at Dahisar West Opposite the Railway Station and Work with the systems available there.
  • We also prefer you to plan to work from our office at least once a month, that way you will know the team. (This is after the lockdown ends)
  • As per the levels of the required skill sets (Communicating, Listening, Acknowledging, Understanding of Content Given) depicted during the Interview sessions. Day & Evening Shifts will have a little lesser Salary than the Night Shifts.
Additional requirements:
  • Training – Routine training classes are required and/or offered during the employee lifecycle. Training may consist of Computer-based training (CBT).
  • Schedules – We have Shifts starting as early as 4 to 5 AM and then Early Noon Shifts and then finally Evenings through Morning Shifts.
    9 Hours Work – 8 Hours Shifts in three slots of the day, You will be working one slot of 8 hours (There will be an hour break that you will take in chunks amidst the shifts hence your shifts would be in a total of 9 hours including break timings).
    Working Days – Mondays to Sundays – You will get one or two offs a week. It could be during weekends or sometimes on weekdays.
  • Attendance – Regular and reliable attendance is required.
